The crew lead

Gopher Pro

Not a rate for a whole crew — one person who runs the floor. They walk the site with you, plan the work, keep everyone moving and report at the end of the day, and they bring the vehicle. There is one lead on a job, counted as one of the people on site rather than billed on top.

Crews of 4 or more always include one. Below that it is optional — most small jobs are directed by the customer.

What changes the price

3-hour minimum
Shorter jobs are billed as three hours. After that, by the hour.

Booking inside 48 hours
Standard is the planned-work rate and needs two days notice. Sooner than that books as Priority or above.
Priority+
Crews of 4+
One of the people on site is a Gopher Pro who runs the job. Not an extra body added to the bill.

  • No cancellation fee with 12 hours notice
  • No premium for a heavy or awkward job
  • No card required to get a quote
Cancellations. Free with 12 hours notice. Inside 12 hours, or if the crew arrives and cannot start, we bill the 3-hour minimum — the Gophers are on payroll and already turned down other work.
Business accounts. Net 15 invoicing and volume rates above 200 hours a month. Open an account.
